My name is Jo and I am a level 5 Clinical Reflexologist graduating from Inspira Academy in 2020. I am a professional member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I originally trained many years ago as a beauty therapist and over the past few years developed an interest in reflexology.
This has become a positive turning point in my life and fits in well with my passion for holistic and complementary therapies.
I still continue to be fascinated by the incredible benefits that reflexology has provided not only to my wonderful clients but also myself.

I feel privileged to help other people with a wide range of issues conditions to improve their well-being. It is very rewarding when clients tell me how much better they feel in themselves and the benefits they have gained from their treatments.

I still provide beauty treatments and am obsessed with anything foot or skin related. With this in mind I am able to offer some beautiful packages that offer the client the perfect treatment to restore, rebalance and relax.

I pride myself on offering my clients a caring and safe environment where they can totally switch off from everyday stresses. Therefore I have a very loyal customer following which I am extremely grateful for.
